2. Enhance: In this phase, I leverage insights from stakeholders and SMEs to develop interactive scenario suggestions, select appropriate imagery, and brainstorm a comprehensive outline of the eLearning module's key points and connecting information.
3. Create: Finally, I integrate the stakeholder-approved outline with branding guidelines to develop a sample module. This allows for style approval before the entire course is produced.
