My journey in training to be an eLearning developer has been an exciting one. I first realized I wanted to be a trainer when I came home from college over a holiday break. I saw my own siblings struggling to understand my mother and what she needed, and I was able to step in and mediate the situation by getting to the root of the issue, then relaying the message to them in a way they could understand. It was enlightening, and it gave me the gumption to seek out more opportunities similar to this one, which led me to the world of learning & development and eventually eLearning development.
